Fortunato Pedro "Pete" Benavides (born February 3, 1947), is a U.S. Circuit Judge sitting on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His chambers are in Austin, Texas. He assumed senior status on February 3, 2012, his 65th birthday.
